This Privacy Policy describes how Pop Dash (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile game (the “App”) on iOS. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Summary

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not operate our own login servers or social features.
• Some data is stored locally on your device (for example high score and settings).
• The App shows ads (Google AdMob) and offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads (processed by Apple).
• Third-party partners may collect information as described in their own policies.

3. Information stored on your device

The App may store the following locally using your device storage (for example iOS UserDefaults / PlayerPrefs):

• Best / high score
• Sound on/off preference
• Whether you purchased “Remove Ads”
• Other gameplay or UI preferences needed for the App to function

This information stays on your device unless you delete the App or reset your device.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Pop Dash is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may collect and use information such as:

• Device identifiers (for example advertising ID, if available)
• IP address and general location (country/region level)
• App interactions related to ads (for example impressions and clicks)
• Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery

This data helps show, measure, and improve ads. On iOS, the App may request permission to track you across apps and websites for personalized advertising (App Tracking Transparency). You can deny tracking; the App will still work, but ads may be less relevant.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may show a consent message before personalized ads are used.

5. In-app purchases (Apple)

You may purchase a non-consumable “Remove Ads” item inside the App. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.

Apple may provide us with limited purchase information (for example product ID and purchase status) so we can unlock ad-free mode on your device.

6. Information we do not collect directly

We do not knowingly collect from you directly:

• Name, email address, or phone number (unless you email us for support)
• Precise GPS location
• Photos, contacts, or calendar data
• Health or financial account data

7. Children’s privacy

Pop Dash is a casual game intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Data retention

• On-device data is kept until you delete the App or clear its data.
• Ad and analytics partners retain data according to their own policies.
• Purchase records are managed by Apple; we retain only what is needed to honor your “Remove Ads” purchase on your device.

9. Your choices and rights

• Remove Ads: Purchase the in-app “Remove Ads” option in Settings.
• Limit ad tracking (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset advertising ID (iOS): Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App from your device.
• Restore purchases: Use “Restore Purchases” in the App Settings screen.

10. International users

The App is available internationally. Third-party services (Google, Apple) may process data in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information within our control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Most sensitive purchase data is handled by Apple, not stored on our servers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
