This Privacy Policy explains how Tactile Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our iOS application. The App is an offline tactile jigsaw puzzle experience with Story Mode and Free Mode. We respect your privacy and designed the App to collect as little information as possible.

The App offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional story chapters and Free Mode content.

All purchases and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or other payment credentials. Apple may provide us with purchase-related information necessary to verify entitlement and unlock content in the App. Apple’s handling of payment information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

You may restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option shown in the App’s purchase screen.

The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, or location services. Optional sound and haptic feedback use standard iOS system features and do not involve uploading personal data.

The App does not integrate third-party advertising networks, analytics trackers, social media SDKs, or cloud gameplay backends controlled by us. Apple system services involved in app distribution, updates, and in-app purchases are provided by Apple Inc.

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require account creation and does not collect personal identifiers, parents and guardians can allow children to use the App under their supervision. Locally stored App data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset the App’s local data through device settings where available. Uninstalling the App generally removes locally stored progress, settings, and unlock state stored on that device. Purchase entitlements tied to your Apple ID may still be restored through Apple after reinstalling the App.

Because gameplay data is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on the security of your device and Apple ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.
