FrameCam (“the App”) is a camera app that adds white borders and optional signature text to your photos. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information the App uses and how it is handled.

Information We Access on Your Device
The App requests permission to use the following device features:
- Camera — to capture photos within the App.
- Photo Library (Add Only) — to save your framed photos to your device’s photo library.
Photos you capture are processed locally on your iPhone. Framed images are saved to your photo library only when you take a photo. We do not upload your photos or access your existing library contents beyond what iOS allows for saving new photos.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App may temporarily keep recently captured photos in memory during your current session so you can preview them inside the App. This session gallery is cleared when you close the App and is not synced to any server.
App settings such as your selected camera preset, border style, and custom signature text (if unlocked) are stored locally using your device’s standard app storage.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may collect information related to your purchase according to Apple’s own privacy policy.
Internet Connection
FrameCam does not require an internet connection to capture or save photos. The core camera and framing features work offline.
Children’s Privacy
FrameCam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
