This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Flow ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our mobile puzzle game.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our own servers.

Neon Flow does not require account registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, precise location, advertising ID, or other personal information for our own use.

Data stored on your device only: Game progress (levels completed), purchase unlock status, and similar settings are saved locally on your device (using iOS/Android app storage). We do not upload this data to servers we operate.

2. Offline Play and Network Use

Core gameplay works without an internet connection.

An internet connection is required only when you use App Store in-app purchase or restore purchases, when the app sends crash or stability reports (see Section 3), or when your device checks for app updates. Payment is handled by Apple, not by us.

3. Third-Party Services

Neon Flow may use services that process limited technical data under their own policies:

• Unity (game engine): Unity may collect diagnostic and usage data as described in the Unity Privacy Policy. That processing is performed by Unity, not by us.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics: We use Crashlytics to receive crash and stability reports (for example device model, OS version, and crash stack traces) so we can fix bugs. This data is sent to Google under the Firebase Privacy Policy. We do not use Crashlytics to collect your name, email, or payment details.
• Apple App Store: If you buy the optional full-game unlock, payment and receipt validation are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

4. In-App Purchases

Neon Flow offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock campaign levels 31–100 and Infinite mode (levels 1–30 remain free). All purchases are non-consumable and processed securely by the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Advertising

The current version of Neon Flow does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate advertising SDKs. If we add ads in a future update, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels before release.

6. Children's Privacy

The game is suitable for general audiences and does not include social features or user-generated content directed at children. Because we do not collect personal information for our own services, we aim to comply with applicable children's privacy laws (such as COPPA) for data we control.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and the revised policy will be posted at this URL.

3. 第三方服务

本游戏可能使用在各自隐私政策下处理有限技术数据的第三方服务：

• Unity（游戏引擎）：Unity 可能依照其隐私政策收集诊断与使用类数据，该处理由 Unity 完成，而非我们。
